Meeting Notice for Monday, June 1, 2026
The Pickerington Local Schools Board of Education will convene a Special Meeting (Work Session), pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3313.16, on Monday, June 1, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Pickerington High School North Performing Arts Center, 7800 Refugee Road.
The purpose of this Work Session is to review the District's financial position following the May 5, 2026 levy failure, discuss potential reductions and operational impacts necessary to address projected budget shortfalls, and receive updates from the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer regarding the District's financial outlook. No action is expected to be taken by the Board.
PLEASE NOTE: Board meetings in June and July will take place at Pickerington High School North Performing Arts Center, 7800 Refugee Road. This temporary location change is due to the City of Pickerington's summer paving project on North East Street.
