Community Listening Session: Share Your Voice on District Financial Planning

Community Listening Session June 17, 18 & 23, 2026
Connect. Listen. Together. Plan Ahead

Pickerington Local Schools invites families, staff, and community members to join them for three Community Listening Sessions focused on the District’s future financial planning and potential levy considerations.

The Board and Administration recognize the feedback shared following the May 5 income tax levy failure—including concerns about timing, the size of the request, and the importance of stronger community voice in the process. These sessions are  designed to create space to hear directly from our community as the District considers next steps together.

Sessions Focus:

  • Current District financial status
  • Long-term funding needs and planning
  • Community feedback on future levy considerations
