The 5:00 p.m. Meeting Agenda.

At tonight’s Regular Board Business Meeting, at 5:00 p.m., the Board will enter into Executive Session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(1) to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official. The public portion of the business meeting will resume in open session at 6:00 p.m.

The Board will consider approval of the February 23, 2026 meeting minutes, the February Financial Report, and donations, and Academic Services will present on Academic Innovation and Instructional Technology. Agenda items also include personnel matters such as administrator contracts, resignations and retirements, licensure expansion, substitute teacher approvals, contract adjustments, support personnel and substitute recommendations, and supplemental contract and stipend approvals. The Board will review early graduation requests and applications for graduate programs of study. The agenda further includes discussion and a first reading of the 2026–2027 student handbooks and job descriptions, and a resolution to approve the names of the new kindergarten building and the former Ridgeview Junior High School building for 2026–2027. Additional items include a second reading of Board policies, a resolution designating depositories of public monies, approval of a Chromebook refresh contract with Xtek Partners, and camps and overnight trips scheduled for March, July, and early fall.
